At a Vietnam-based production office, I held full responsibility for all aspects of apparel production — from reviewing tech packs, sourcing fabrics and trims, quoting FOB/CIF/DDP pricing, negotiating with suppliers, developing samples, coordinating factory planning, managing bulk production, ensuring product quality, to preparing export documentation and final shipment.
