1. Incoterms FOB Hai Phong, CIF major ports, DDP on request.
2. Payment T/T 30% deposit, 70% balance against shipping documents. L/C available for large orders.
3. MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) 300 pcs per style, 50 pcs per color.
4.Lead time 60–90 days after fabric approval and order confirmation.
5.Inspection & Documentation Inline inspections and final checks are conducted according to AQL 2.5/4.0 or specific buyer requirements. Buyers are welcome to appoint their own QC team or third-party inspection agency to conduct the final inspection at the factory. Export documents include Packing List, Commercial Invoice, CO, and CQ or independent lab test reports available upon request.
6.Confidentiality All tech packs, designs, and buyer information remain confidential and the intellectual property of the buyer.
7.Jurisdiction Governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes settled at VIAC or competent courts in Vietnam.
